Job Description
Pure Gold Films are looking for an experienced, creative and friendly Video Producer to join our growing team.
The role of Video Producer is to produce and manage high quality creative video projects for our B2B and corporate clients.
Working with our in-house production team, and some of the nicest clients and camera crews around, your role will involve producing and managing multiple concurrent video projects for clients, taking ownership and overseeing productions from initial planning through to execution and delivery.
We’re looking for a creative all-rounder with exceptional client relation and Production skills.
This rewarding role is a Permanent part time role, starting at 30 hours per week, with room to grow to full time in the future. Our production office is based in Morningside, Brisbane.
Our ideal candidate is someone with these qualities:
- A positive, friendly attitude
- Ability to build clients relationships, with a genuine friendly demeanour
- Take responsibility and ownership of entire projects
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Strong skills and demonstrated experience in video producing, for B2B and corporate clients
- Strong skills in directing shoots and talent, with ability to connect quickly with all stakeholders on a shoot (crew, client, talent, etc)
- Ability to develop creative ideas and concepts for videos
- Script writing skills, with the ability to develop interview questions and content outlines
- Exceptional project management capabilities
- Use of initiative and thinking ahead of the curve
- Competent and fast computer skills (Mac preferred)
- Ability to grasp the Pure Gold Films creative style and process, and run with it
- A willingness to understand and support the industries our clients operate in (machinery, construction, technology, mining and manufacturing, etc.)
- Camera and drone operating is not mandatory, but would be looked upon very favourably
- Video editing skills are not a requirement for the role
