Launch of FLS Mackay Service Center in Queensland, Australia

The Brief

FLS engaged us to capture the official launch of their new Mackay Service Centre in Queensland. The content needed to mark the occasion of the opening, while also clearly communicating the scale, capability, and strategic importance of the upgraded facility to customers and stakeholders across Australia’s east coast mining industry.

Alongside the launch event itself, FLS wanted assets that could continue to be used beyond the day, showcasing the facility’s operational capability and long-term value.

Our Approach

We produced a suite of content covering both the event and the facility. On the day, we captured a highlights video and event photography that reflected the energy of the launch and the people behind the operation. Around the event, we also filmed a dedicated capability-focused video that showcased the new service centre, including workshop spaces, equipment rebuild capability, and parts handling.

By combining event coverage with more considered facility visuals, we ensured the content could serve both short-term communications and longer-term marketing and stakeholder needs.

The Outcome

The final deliverables included an event highlights video, professional event photography, and a separate facility capability video. Together, the content supports FLS’s announcement of the new Mackay Service Centre while reinforcing their ongoing commitment to supporting mining operations across Queensland and Australia’s east coast.
