Bengalla Apprentice Intake

The Brief

Bengalla Mine engaged us to produce a showcase video promoting their annual apprentice intake. The goal was to authentically highlight the opportunities available at Bengalla and give prospective applicants a genuine insight into what an apprenticeship at the mine looks like.

The video needed to feel relatable and people-focused, particularly for younger audiences considering their first steps into the industry.

Our Approach

We interviewed half a dozen apprentices, taking a calm and friendly approach to help them feel comfortable on camera and speak confidently in their own words. Filming took place in real working environments across site, allowing each apprentice’s story to be shown in their day-to-day role.

To complement the interviews, we incorporated footage from our existing Bengalla Mine content library, captured across multiple projects over recent years. This allowed us to add scale, context, and production value while keeping the focus firmly on the people.

The Outcome

The final video delivers an engaging and authentic snapshot of life as an apprentice at Bengalla Mine. It clearly communicates the benefits of the program and the pathways available, supporting Bengalla’s recruitment efforts and helping attract the next generation of apprentices.
