Martinus Apprentice Story: Bronte’s Career Pathway

The Brief

Martinus engaged us to produce a short profile video spotlighting one of their apprentices, Bronte. The aim was to tell a genuine, relatable story that demonstrated the range of career pathways available within Martinus, and how team members can grow and transition into new roles over time.

Rather than a broad recruitment message, the focus was on a single, authentic journey.

Our Approach

We filmed a half-day at their Brisbane workshop facility, combining an interview with Bronte and supporting footage of her working in her role as an electrical apprentice. Bronte’s story began in an office administration role at Martinus, before transitioning into an electrical apprenticeship, which shows a powerful example of internal progression and opportunity.

We took a calm, supportive approach to the interview, helping Bronte feel comfortable on camera and speak naturally in her own words. This allowed the video to feel honest and personal, particularly important when working with people who may not have prior experience being interviewed.

The Outcome

The final video tells a clear, engaging story of growth and opportunity within Martinus. By focusing on one individual experience, the content brings Martinus’ apprenticeship pathways to life and supports their broader recruitment and people-focused communications.
